Cape Insulation was founded in 1985 and is an independent insulation contractor serving all of South Jersey for both commercial and residential construction. We have over 30 employees, most of which have been with the company for 15 years or more. The company is active in many area and local associations. We own our building. Management Our core management team includes: Daryl Coach - Owner/President Colin Hansen - Sales/Estimates Lorraine Mongiello - Office Manager Quality Control Cape Insulation believes an investment in the training of our employees will assure our growth and success and we have built our reputation on the quality of our installation work. We pride ourselves in the following: We maintain an on-going education and training program for all employees. We participate in a company-wide safety program, Safety Matters, developed by the leader in a safety industry, J. J. Keller, for Insulate America.
